Scap Wall Slides Facing Wall x 10
Shoulder Circuit x 10

a1) Incline Press 3 @ 70, 3 @ 80, 3 @ 90 using 315 as working max.
2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 220, 3 @ 250, 3 @ 285 – easy and crisp.
a2) Neutral Grip Chins with Fat Gripz 4 x 6

b1) Cossock Squats 3 x 10 @ bw
b2) NG Chins with FG 4 x 6

RDL with Pause in Bottom 3 x 10 @ 135
DB Waiters Walk 3 x 80 feet each side @ 50lbs DB – these were pretty awesome, never liked them this much before.
Pushdowns 2 x 10
Chuck V Row/Pulldown 2 x 12
Curls 3 x 10-15

Stretching for pecs, hips, glutes and groin.

Solid session today. Liking this new set-up.
