Training Log – Front Squats/Deadlifts

Warm-up.

Box Jumps 3 x 5 @ 36″ – nice and high landings.

Front Squat 5 @ 154, 3 @ 198, 3 @ 242, 3 @ 286 – all very easy.

DL 4 x 4 @ 462, 2 x 2 @ 517 (belt), 8 @ 462 (touch and go) – felt pretty good. Speed was better on some sets than others.

Body Saw 4 x 10 – haven’t done this in a long time and it was killer.

Solid session today. Excited to be back to a little heavier training after a little downtime since Oktoberfest.
