Front Squat worked up to 1 @ 418

DL 3 x 5 @ 425ish

Beginning of stabilization week.

Extra warm-up and SMR.

Incline Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 185, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 275, 1 @ 295, 1 @ 315 – all reps were fast and easy.

A1) Lat Pulldown 4 x 12
A2) DB Bench Press 3 x 20 @ 50lbs

Bent Over LYTW 2 x 5
Band Pushdowns 3 x 10
DB Curls 3 x 10

Stretching for hips, groin, and pecs.
