2 x 5 @ 132, 7 @ 187, 7 @ 220, 7 @ 253
a2) Swiss Ball Mountain Climbers 2 x 10 each leg

DB Row 3 x 10 @ 130lbs

b1) DB Bench Press 12 @ 80, 12 @ 90lbs, 15 @ 100lbs
b2) Rope Row 3 x 12

Scap Wall Slides with Lift Off – Facing Wall 3 x 6
Pushdowns 3 x 12
Curls 3 x 12

Good workout today. Another solid start to this training cycle.
