Training Log – Log Press

Warm-up.

Depth Jumps from 12″ – 3 x 5 to 36″ – these got better as the sets went on.

Log Press 8 @ 168, 4 @ 212, 6 @ 190, 3 @ 234, 4 @ 212, 2 @ 256 – all sets were solid. Hitting a little more volume on these for a while.

a1) Chins with Pause 3 x 5
a2) Push-ups 3 x 20

b1) Band Rows 3 x 15
b2) Band Pushdowns 3 x 15

c1) BB Curls 2 x 15
c2) BPA 2 x 15
