Warm-up.

3 Position Power Clean 2 x 3 @ 50/60/70/80kg

Incline Press 2 x 5 @ 132, 3 @ 176, 3 @ 220, 1 @ 264, 1 @ 297 – all easy reps.

Lat Pulldown 4 x 12

a1) Hammer Incline Press 3 x 15
a2) Band Row 3 x 15
a3) DB Rear Delt Raise 3 x 15

b1) OH Rope Triceps Extension 3 x 15
b2) Fat Bar Curl 3 x 15

Solid workout tonight. Got a little work in and moved some blood around.
