Log Press 4 @ 135, 4 @ 185, 4 @ 235 (belt), 2 x 4 @ 255 (belt), 1 @ 285 (belt) – all reps were fast and crisp.

Front Squats 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 2 @ 275, 2 @ 315, 2 @ 365, 2 @ 405

Farmers Walk – 50 foot course

Tire Flip

Working on quality flips with explosive hip pop, went really well. Here is a video of one of the sets.

Felt pretty good.

Solid end to a deload week. Ready to kill it again next week.
