3 @ 135, 3 @ 160, 3 @ 185, 3 x 3 @ 205

Front Squat 3 @ 70/80/90% using 380 as working max.
5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 @ 260, 3 @ 300, 3 @ 340, 3 @ 300, 3 @ 260

Chins 8, 6, 4, 2 – felt very easy today.

a1) Stir the Pot + Rollout 3 x (10cw+10ccw+5ro)
a2) Reverse Hyper 3 x 15 @ bw
