Front Squat 5 @ 75/3 @ 85/1 @ 95/3 @ 85/5 @ 75 using 380 as working max.
5 @ 135, 2 @ 225, 5 @ 285, 3 @ 325, 1 @ 360, 3 @ 325, 5 @ 285

Offset DB Squat with Press from Bottom Position 6 @ 30lbs, 6 @ 25lbs – very humbling and difficult exercise.
