Long Jumps 6 x 1

a1) Military Press 5 @ 75/3 @ 85/1 @ 95% using 240 as working max.
5 @ 135, 5 @ 180, 3 @ 205, 3 @ 230
a2) Chins 4 x 5 (pause at top), 2 x 6 (no pause)

Front Squat 5 @ 75/3 @ 85/1 @ 95/3 @ 85/5 @ 75% using 390 as working max.
2 x 5 @ 135, 1 @ 225, 5 @ 295, 3 @ 330, 1 @ 370, 3 @ 330, 5 @ 295 – all sets were pretty easy today.

b1) Single Leg DL – deadstop each rep 2 x 8 @ 65lbs
b2) Reverse Fly on Machine 2 x 12, 2 x 15

c1) Stir the Pot 2 x (12+12)
c2) Single Leg Box Squat 2 x 6
