Deload week.

Feeling a little sick and didn’t push anything.

a1) Bowler Squat 3 x 10
a2) Plank with Shoulder Touch 3 x 8

b1) Pause Squat 3 x 5 @ 225
b2) Alternate DB Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 70lbs

c1) Step-up 3 x 10
c2) Chins 3 x 8

Just a blood flow sessions basically. Back into meet prep next week.
