DL 5 @ 65/75/85/85/85 % using 575 as working max.
5 @ 375, 5 @ 425, 1 @ 495 (belt), 3 x 3 @ 405 (belt) – SI was jacked up and I couldn’t pull anything when it is like this. I dropped down and did a few speed sets.

Squat 8 @ 275, 8 @ 315, 8 @ 365
2 Count Bench 3 x 4 @ 225, 2 x 4 @ 245

Military Press 3 x 12
Face Pulls 3 x 15

a1) Incline Press 3 @ 70/80/90% using 340 as working max.

a2) Seated Row 4 x 10

Squat 3 @ 70/80/90/90/90 using 525 as working max.
2 x 5 @ 135, 2 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 3 @ 365, 3 @ 425 (belt), 3 x 3 @ 485 (belt)

TB DL 5 @ 315, 5 @ 365, 5 @ 435 – using TB because it doesn’t affect my back at all but allows me to get some work in.
