Bench Press 5 @ 220, 3 @ 253, 3 x 1 @ 264, 1 @ 286, 2 x 1 @ 308, 1 @ 330, 10 @ 220, 10 @ 220 + 10 @ 154

Squat – worked up to 1 @ 552 and 1 @ 575 – both felt great since I haven’t been going heavy and 575 is actually a lifetime best.
