Training Log – Meet Practice Day

Tuesday, June 24, 2014 @ Guelph Football

Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 2 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 1 @ 385 (belt), 1 @ 455 (belt), 1 @ 505 (belt) – all reps felt good and moved well.

Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 275, 1 @ 295, 1 @ 315 – good reps.

Deadlift 3 @ 245, 2 @ 335, 1 @ 445 (belt), 1 @ 515 (belt) – just need to get the hips down and get the legs into my start and I am fine.
