Back Extension 3 x 10
TRX Fallout 3 x 10

High Bar Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 @ 315, 3 @ 365, 3 @ 415, 3 x 5 @ 315

Felt good to move around and get back to doing some high bar squats.
