Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 5 @ 275, 3 @ 315, 1 @ 365, 10 @ 405 – weight moved very well but legs just felt heavy so I didn’t push max reps.

Speed DL 4 x 1 @ 385, 2 x 1 @ 425, 2 x 1 @ 375 (belt), 2 x 1 @ 495 (belt)

High Bar Squat 3 x 3 @ 405

Rope Row 3 x 15
Leg Raise on Ball 3 x 15
Cossack Squat 3 x 15
