Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 1 @ 405 (belt), 3 x 2 @ 470 (belt)

High Bar Squat 2 x 2 @ 500 (belt)

Pause Squat 3 x 3 @ 445 (belt)

Mountain Climbers with Hands on Swiss Ball 3 x 15

Added the belt this week as weights get a little heavier and I need to get used to it again.
