3 Position Power Clean 4 x 3 @ 135, 4 x 3 @ 155

Front Squat 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 x 3 @ 315

Cossack Squat 3 x 10

Back Extension 3 x 10

Side Plank 3 x 15 sec
