BencH Press 8 @ 170, 8 @ 205, 8 @ 235

Lat Pulldown 4 x 8

Keiser Row 3 x 10

DB Bench Press 3 x 8 @ 110lbs

DB Curls 2 x 12

Overhead Rope Extensions 2 x 12

Face Pulls 2 x 12
