Backwards Overhead Throw 3 x 5

Squat Throw 3 x 5

Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 @ 225, 5 @ 250, 3 x 5 @ 285

Close Grip Bench Press 5 @ 185, 5 @ 225, 5 @ 250

DB Row 4 x 10 @ 120lbs

Keiser Pulldown 3 x 12

Incline DB Press 3 x 10 @ 90lbs

Keiser Curls 2 x 15

Keiser Pushdown 2 x 15

Triangle BPA 2 x 15
