Bench Press 3 @ 205, 3 @ 240, 3 @ 275 – pause last rep.

Lat Pulldown 4 x 12

Keiser Row 3 x 15

DB Bench Press 12 @ 110, 2 x 12 @ 90 – shoulder was feeling a bit painful so I scaled it back.

Face Pull 2 x 20

Overhead Rope Extensions 2 x 20

KB Curls 2 x 20
