Front Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 x 4 @ 275

DL 3 @ 245, 1 @ 335, 6 x 2 @ 395

Sumo DL 4 x 6 @ 310 – this felt a lot better than last week but still work to do.

Lateral Squat 3 x 10 @ 65lbs

Wide Stance Anti-Rotational Chop 3 x 10
