Warm-up x 10 mins.

Front Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 x 3 @ 305

DL 3 @ 245, 1 @ 335, 8 x 1 @ 450 – all reps felt pretty solid.

Sumo DL 5 x 5 @ 340 – this is starting to get better but still pretty brutal overall.

BB Lateral Squat 4 x 8 @ 95lbs

Wide Stance Anti-Rotational Chop 4 x 8

Calf Raise with Slow Eccentric 2 x 12
