DB Snatch 3 x 3 @ 90lbs

Front Squat 5 @ 135, 3 x 5 @ 225

Trap Bar Deadlift (11″) 5 @ 245, 5 @ 335, 5 @ 425, 5 @ 335, 5 @ 245

Mountain Climbers with Hands on Swiss Ball 3 x 8

Decent session but still feeling it from yesterday and the overnight travel didn’t help things. Just trying to get a little work in leading up to the competition this weekend.
