Squat 3 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 x 5 @ 315, 1 @ 365, 1 @ 405, 1 @ 455, 1 @ 495

High Bar Squat 3 x 10 @ 225

Easy session but felt very solid and great afterwards.
