Cossack Squat 3 x 12

DB Snatch 3 x 5 @ 80lbs

Front Squat 5 @ 135, 1 @ 225, 3 x 4 @ 285

Deadlift 3 @ 245, 1 @ 335, 3 @ 395, 3 @ 450, 3 x 3 @ 510 (belt) – felt good to get some reps in at a moderate weight.

Side Plank 3 x 20 secs
