Seated Box Jump 3 x 4 @ 37.5″

Squat 3 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 5 x 3 @ 415, 2 @ 445 (belt), 2 @ 475 (belt), 2 @ 505 (belt)

High Bar Squat 5 x 6 @ 345

KB Swing 3 x 10

Stir the Pot 3 x 10

Was hot as hell in the gym and I had already been outside for 5 hours in the heat at training camp today. Made this a lot harder than it should have been.
