a1) BW Squat 2 x 10

a2) Birddog 2 x 6

Cossack Squat x 10, 3 pt SL RDL with Reach x 3 each, RKC Plank 2 x 10 sec

Non-Countermovement Jump 3 x 5

Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 5 x 3 @ 375, 1 @ 455 (belt), 3 x 1 @ 495 (belt)

Pause Squat 2 x 5 @ 320 – skipped the 3rd set because I was shifting pretty bad to the left side.

KB Swing 3 x 10

Body Saw 3 x 12

Single Leg Calf Raise 2 x 10

Back felt really good throughout and I feel like I am close to 100%. I still played it a little cautious this session to ensure next week is perfect.
