Cossack Squat 3 x 10

Side Plank 3 x 20 sec

Front Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 x 3 @ 325

Deadlift 3 @ 245, 1 @ 335, 3 @ 405, 3 @ 460, 3 @ 520 (belt), 3 x 3 @ 425 (belt) – 520 felt pretty good. Dropped back down to work some technique and speed with the belt.
