a3) Crossover Lunge 2 x 10

b1) Cat-Camel 2 x 8

b2) LYTW 2 sets x 3 each

c1) Birddog 2 x 6

c2) Mcgill Crunch 2 x 10

c3) Scap Push-ups 2 x 8

Backwards Overhead Throw, Forward Scoop Throw, Shot Put R/L x 5 each

Sandbag Carry 2 x 60 yards @ 100lbs
