McGill Curl-ups 2 x 15 sec, Side Plank 2 x 20 sec, Birddog 2 x 6

Cossack Squat, Goblet Squat, Swing 2 x 8

a1) Kneeling Jump 3 x 5 – these were way better than they have ever been.

a2) Body Saw 3 x 12

Clean from the Hip 3 @ 155/185/205

Front Squat 5 @ 135, 1 @ 225, 3 @ 285/325/365/325/285

Lat Pulldown 5 x 12

Deadlift 3 x 5 @ 275 – trying hook grip on this. Felt good but still very light.

SL KB DL 2 x 10 @ 50lbs

One Arm Farmer’s Walk 2 x 30 yards
