McGill Curl-up 2 x 15 sec, Pallof Circles 2 x 10, Birddog 2 x 8

DB Row 5  x 10 @ 115lbs

a1) Incline Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 @ 215/250/280/250/225

a2) Face Pull 5 x 15

DB Bench Press 3 x 10 @ 105, 2 x 10 @ 90 – had to drop down, upper body is trashed from 3 pressing sessions in 4 days.

KB Curls 3 x 20

Single Arm Pushdown 3 x 20
