Birddog 2 x 8

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

a1) Box Jump 3 x 5

a2) Stir the Pot 3 x 10 with 30lbs Sandbell on low back

a3) Lat Pulldown 5 x 10

Squat 5 @ 185, 3 @ 225, 1 @ 315, 3 @ 370/425/475/425/370

Squat 5 x 10 @ 275
