Front Squat, Deadlift and Accessories

Deload week.

a1) McGill Curl-up 2 x 10/8/6 sec

a2) Birddog 2 x 10

b1) Vertical Jump 3 x 5

b2) Rolling Plank 2 x 6

c1) Front Squat 5 @ 135, 5 @ 135 + Hip Circle, 5 x 5 @ 225 + HC – the hip circle made the entire movement feel different. I will see how it feels with some heavier weights but will likely use it for rep work and warm-ups.

c2) McGill Pull-up 8 x 2

d) DL 5 @ 315, 5 @ 405, 3 @ 455 (belt), 3 @ 495 (belt), 1 @ 525 (belt), 2 @ 545 (belt) – all sets felt good and I was very happy with the speed of 545 and how it felt at this point.

e) Bulgarian Split Squat 3 x 20
