b) Squat 2 x 5 @135, 3 @ 245, 1 @ 335, 3 @ 390, 3 @ 450, 3 x 3 @ 505 (belt)

c) High Bar Squat 3 x 5 @ 385, 2 x 5 @ 395

d) KB Swing 3 x 10
