c1) DB Incline Press 3 x 12 @ 75lbs

c2) DB Rear Delt Raise + Press 3 x 15

d1) BB Reverse Curl 3 x 15

d2) BB Curl 3 x 15

 

e1) Stair Sprint 5 sets

e2) Repeat Vertical Jump 5 x 10

Calf Raise 2 x 15
