Power Cleans and Complexes

A1) Plate Series: ground to overhead, diagonal ground to OH R/L, in front of chest twist R/L, waist to OH press x 5 reps each @ 10/25/35/45lbs plate
A2) Birddog 4 x 5

B) 3 Position Power Clean 3 @ 135, 2 @ 155, 1 @ 185

C) Power Clean 3 @ 205, 3 @ 225, 2 @ 255, 2 @ 275, 3 x 3 @ 225 – need to work on elbow speed into catch.

D) Complex: DL + Row + Power Clean + Push Press + Front Squat 3 x 5 @ 135

Broke out my ipod that I haven’t used in at least 5 years and listened to some classic playlists that took me through many competitions and solo workouts as far back as 2006. Good times.
