Stair Sprints 8 sets on the minute

a1) Box Squat 3 x 5 @ 36″

a2) Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 @ 225, 5 @ 315, 5 @ 405, 3 @ 455, 1 @ 505, 3 x 3 @ 405 – first time low bar in a few months, felt good but forgot how much it kills the wrists, arms and shoulders.

b1) Mountail Climber with Hands on Ball 3 x 10

b2) Back Extension 3 x 10

b3) Lat Pulldown 3 x 10

b4) Calf Raise 3 x 10
