C1) Military Press 4 x 6 @ 155
C2) Pendlay Row 4 x 12 @ 155

D1) Push-up 2 x 15
D2) Band Face Pull 2 x 20

E) Complex – row + rdl + curl + btn press + ohs 3 x 10 @ 45lbs

Good enough session to shake off the long weekend at a cottage and sitting in the car.
