c2) Band Face Pull 4 x 15

d) Single Arm BB Curl 8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 reps @ 45lbs

e) Single Arm Band Pushdown 8/7/6/5/4/3/2/1 reps

 

Stair Sprints x 10 sets on 90 secs
