Had to combine some stuff from yesterday’s training with today.

Stair Sprints 6 sets on 60 secs, 4 sets on 75 secs

PM

a1) Incline Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 @ 190, 5 @ 225, 3 x 5 @ 250

a2) TRX Row 5 x 10

b1) 3 Multi-Directional Lunge 2 x 5 @ red band

b2) Band Face Pull 3 x 15

c1) SSB Anderson Squat 5 x 5 @ 245lbs

c2) No Money 3 x 15

d1) Sumo Deadlift 3 @ 225, 5 x 5 @ 335 – tight lats is a huge key for me on these, even moreso than conventional I think.

d2) TRX Push-up 3 x 12

e1) KB Curl 3 x 15 @ 30lbs

e2) Overhead Rope Extension 3 x 15

e3) TRX Fallout 3 x 12
