a) Pause Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 2 @ 225/245/275/295/295/295

b) Close Grip Bench Press 5 @ 225/245/265/275/285/245/225

c1) DB Shoulder Press 2 x 10 @ 50lbs

c2) DB Incline Press 2 x 10 @ 50lbs

c3) Band Overhead Extension 2 x 15
