Dislocates, Scap Push-up, BTN Band Pulldown, Shoulder ER 2 x 10 each

a) Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225/245/275/285/295/305/295/295, 1 @ 315/320 – pause first rep of each set. Triples felt really good today.

b) 2 Count Pause Bench Press 5 @ 245/250/255/265

c) DB Incline Press 2 x 15

d1) BW Extension on Rings 3 x 10

d2) Band Pushdown 3 x 15
