a1) Front Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 @ 295, 3 @ 335, 3 @ 380

a2) Kneeling Jump 3 x 5

b) Deadlift 3 @ 120kg, 3 @ 175kg, 3 @ 200kg, 3 x 3 @ 220kg (belt), 3 @ 230kg (belt), 3 @ 240kg (belt) – sets felt better as I went on.

c1) Mountain Climber with Bosu 3 x 15

c2) Skater Squat 3 x 8

d1) KB Swing 2 x 15 @ 40kg

d2) Calf Raise 2 x 15
