SSB Squat, Bench Press and Deadlift

Did a few made up sessions last week after the meet, nothing too crazy.

I didn’t hit all my goals at the meet so I am going to do nationals in March to get those numbers.

McGill Curl-up 3 x 15 sec

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

Birddog 2 x 8

a1) Single Arm Farmers Walk 3 x 30 yards @ 40kg

a2) Kneeling Jump 3 x 5

b) SSB Pause Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 @ 225, 5 x 5 @ 275 – the camber on this particular bar kicked my ass.

c) Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 5 x 5 @ 205 – all reps paused

d) Deadlift 5 @ 125kg, 5 @ 165kg, 5 @ 190kg, 5 @ 215kg (belt), 2 x 5 @ 185kg

e1) Ring Row 3 x 15

e2) KB Swing 3 x 12 @ 40kg
