a1) Bench Press 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 215/250/280/280/280 – all reps paused and felt great. Feel like my bench is coming along.

a2) Band Pullapart 3 x 15

b1) 3 Count Pause Bench Press 3 x 4 @ 245

b2) Band Face Pull 3 x 15

c) Body Row with Feet Elevated 5 x 12

d) DB Military Press 2 x 15 @ 60lbs

e1) DB Hammer Curl 3 x 15

e2) Band Pushdown 3 x 15
