Accessory Session

Scrapped my planned session for today. Starting a new cycle tomorrow with my heaviest squatting on Saturdays and I already felt like crap going into today so I just did some light work to prep for tomorrow.

a1) KB Swing 3 x 10

a2) Stir the Pot 3 x 10

a3) Lat Pulldown 3 x 10

b1) BB Squat Jump 3 x 5

b2) Push Press Throw 3 x 5

b3) MB Slam 3 x 5

Feel way better after this session and ready to rock tomorrow.
