McGill Curl-up 3 x 15 sec

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

Birddog 2 x 8

Quadruped rocking to standing bilateral and unilateral plus bottom up squat, felt really good on feet and ankles.

a1) Jump Squat 3 x 5 @ 45lbs

a2) Single Arm KB Farmer’s Walk 3 x 25 yards @ 48kg

b1) High Bar Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 5 @ 330, 5 @ 385, 2 x 5 @ 430 (belt), 5 @ 455 (belt)

b2) Lat Pulldown 4 x 10

c) SL KB DL 8 @ 80lbs, 2 x 8 @ 48kg – done barefoot with focus on tripod foot.

d) Calf Raise 2 x 15

e) Lateral Squat 2 x 10
