b) Squat 2 x 5 @ 70kg, 3 @ 125kg, 1 @ 150kg, 3 @ 175kg, 3 @ 200kg, 3 @ 225kg (belt)

3 @ 235kg (belt)

3 @ 240kg (belt)

3 @ 225kg (belt) – wanted to get a little more speed on the bar and groove a technical set based on how the other triples went.

3 Count Pause Bench Press 4 @ 225/245/245/265/265

Deadlift  3 @ 120kg, 2 @ 160kg, 1 @ 190/210/230kg (belt)

RDL 3 x 6 @ 160kg

KB Swing 3 x 12 @ 40kg

Chin-up 5 x 5
