Felt pretty decent after training yesterday so I pushed this session up to today to give me another day rest prior to squats on Friday.

McGill Curl-up 3 x 15 sec

Side Plank 2 x 20 sec

Birddog with Pause 2 x 6

a1) Push Press Throw 3 x 5

a2) Mountain Climber with Ball 3 x 12\

b) Front Squat 2 x 5 @ 135, 3 @ 225, 3 @ 295, 3 @ 335, 3 @ 385

c) Deadlift 3 @ 315, 3 @ 385, 3 @ 440, 3 @ 495 (belt), 3 @ 515 (belt), 3 @ 530 (belt),

1 @ 555 (belt)

1 @ 585 (belt)

1 @ 545 (belt) – got a little forward on 555 and 585 so dropped down here to groove a better rep.

d1) Back Extension with Band 3 x 12

d2) Double KB Row 4 x 12

e) Bulgarian Split Squat 2 x 15
